Doors Front Failed to Open (F102)

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Put the car on inspection.

2. Command the doors to fully open.

3. Check which front door signal is not indicating “open”
   (GSW, DOL, DCL, DPM, Locks).

4. Verify door open time is less than timeout:
   MAIN MENU → SETUP → DOOR SETUP → DOOR STUCK TIMER

5. If timeout is too low, increase it.

CPLD Communication Loss (F219)

Checks

• Inspect CN2 network for miswiring.

• Identify communication loss location:

  • If between COP and CT: CT CPLD fault LED flashes, MR CPLD LED solid.

  • If between CT and MR: MR CPLD fault LED flashes.

• Check DIP switch settings and toggle switch positions.

• Turn Construction Box ON:
  MAIN MENU → SETUP → MISC → ENABLE CONSTRUCTION BOX → ON.

• Use the construction box to run the car.
