Doors Front Failed to Open (F102)
Troubleshooting Steps
Put the car on inspection.
Command the doors to fully open.
Check which front door signal is not indicating “open”
(GSW, DOL, DCL, DPM, Locks).Verify door open time is less than timeout:
MAIN MENU → SETUP → DOOR SETUP → DOOR STUCK TIMERIf timeout is too low, increase it.
CPLD Communication Loss (F219)
Checks
Inspect CN2 network for miswiring.
Identify communication loss location:
If between COP and CT: CT CPLD fault LED flashes, MR CPLD LED solid.
If between CT and MR: MR CPLD fault LED flashes.
Check DIP switch settings and toggle switch positions.
Clearing Latched Faults
Procedure
Verify all required inputs are connected.
Turn DIP Switch 1 ON.
Press the RESET button on the SRU board.
Turn DIP Switch 1 OFF.
Doors Are Nudging but No Buzzer
Enable Nudge Buzzer
Navigate to:

Bypass Fire Service

Turn DIP B6 ON.

Confirm MM input is jumped to M24.
Ensure the controller shows “Construction Mode.”
Check for active faults: MAIN MENU → FAULTS → ACTIVE FAULTS.
Try moving the car using Enable + Up/Down.
Turn Construction Box ON:
MAIN MENU → SETUP → MISC → ENABLE CONSTRUCTION BOX → ON.Use the construction box to run the car.
