Ordering Parts

Customers can order parts from Smartrise using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Contact Sales

Email the Smartrise sales team at [e-mail].
A sales representative will review your request and respond accordingly.

Option 2: Customer Portal

Log in to the customer portal (if you have an account) and place an order.

Browse and Order Parts

1. In the left menu, expand Order Parts and select Parts.
2. In Filter, enter a Part Name or Number and select Search.
3. On a part card, set the quantity using the - / + controls.
4. Select Add to Cart.
5. When ready, select the cart icon at the top-right to view the order summary and fill out the shipping/billing details to process the order .

View Purchase Orders for Parts

1. In the left menu, expand Order Parts and select Purchase Orders.
2. Filter by Purchase Order Number, Job Name, or Job Number.
3. Select View Details to open the purchase order (if available).

Notes for Customers

• Provide as much project detail as possible to ensure an response.
• If you are an existing customer, using the customer portal is the fastest option.
