Viewing Backorders

Overview

You can view backorders through the customer portal, or contact your sales representative for assistance.

How to View Backorders in the Customer Portal

1. In the left menu, select Backorders
2. Use filters such as backorder number, job name, job number, car name, created date, or status to find the record
3. If available, select View Details to open the backorder record
