Overview
You can track your shipment directly through the customer portal, where you can view tracking numbers, estimated ship dates, and delivery status.
How to Track a Shipment
- In the left menu, select Shipments
- Use filters such as job name, job number, package, tracking number, drop shipment, ship date, or status to find your shipment
- Select the View (eye icon) to open shipment or job details
Viewing Tracking Details and Shipment Status
- Open the job details (from Jobs or Shipments)
- In the Shipments section, expand the package (for example, Controller) to view shipment data
- Locate the Tracking Number
- If the shipment has not been shipped yet, this field may show N/A until a carrier label is created
- Review additional details, including:
- Ship-to address
- Ship date
- Delivery date and time (if available)
- Shipment status (e.g., In Transit, Shipped)
