Finding and Viewing a Job in the Customer Portal

Overview

You can easily find and view job details in the customer portal, including project information, progress updates, shipment details, and related documents.

Finding a Job

1. In the left menu, select Jobs
2. Choose the appropriate job type tab:
   • Traction Jobs
   • Hydraulic Jobs
   • Field Programmable Jobs
3. Use the column filters to search by job name, job number, PO number, ship dates, or other criteria

Viewing Job Details

Select a job to open the Job Details page, where you can view a complete overview of your project.

Job Information

The Job Details section may include:

• Ordered By
• Installation By
• Currently Maintained By
• Job Name
• Job Number
• PO Number
• Desired Ship Date
• Tentative Ship Date
• Actual Ship Date
• Engineering Status
• Testing Status
• Overall Status
• Ship-To Address

Note: Some fields may display N/A if the information is not yet available.

Job Progress and History

The Job History section shows key milestones as your job moves through engineering and production, such as:

• Released to Engineering
• Engineered
• Released to Production

Additional Information

Passcodes

• Displays passcodes for fully paid jobs

Shipments

• Shows shipment records associated with your job

Job Files
You can download important documents related to your job, including:

• Drawings
• Power Reports
• Software files
