Viewing RMAs for Your Jobs

Overview

You can view RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) associated with your jobs through the customer portal, or contact Technical Support for assistance.

How to View RMAs in the Customer Portal

1. In the left menu, select RMAs
2. Use filters such as RMA number, job name, job number, sales order number, or created date to find the record
3. Select View Details to open the RMA record
